Orchid Fragrance | Sugarcane Sweetness | Soft and Smooth Taste | Full-bodied Aftertaste

Zhangshuhu is located in Taihe Village, Meishan Township. The name comes from the abundance of camphor trees ("Zhangshu") that used to grow here and the basin-like depressions ("Hu") in the terrain. At an elevation 300 meters higher than Bihu, the tea from Zhangshuhu benefits from an even more pronounced sweetness and a rich aftertaste due to its higher pectin content.

The most distinctive feature of teas from Zhangshuhu is the subtle sugarcane sweetness in their aroma, complementing the natural orchid fragrance of Qingxin Oolong. This unique combination makes Zhangshuhu one of the most cherished tea regions in the greater Alishan area.
