With a refreshing coolness, this tea takes you on a delightful journey from a subtle sweetness to a pronounced bitterness, followed by an immediate sweet aftertaste. The lingering throat note offers a long-lasting, flavorful finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Brewing Instructions:

• Use a 110ml gaiwan for optimal flavor.
• First brew: Pour hot water directly over the leaves and steep for 20 seconds.
• Second brew: Repeat the process, steeping for another 20 seconds.
• Third to fifth brews: Follow the same method as above.
• Sixth brew: Pour hot water and steep for 25 seconds.
• Seventh brew: Steep for 25 seconds.
• Eighth brew: Steep for 30 seconds.

As the tea continues to steep, you may notice the flavor becoming milder. If so, simply extend the steeping time by a few seconds or allow the leaves to steep longer for a richer taste.
