Brewing Instructions for 110ml Gaiwan

• Use a 110ml gaiwan for optimal flavor.
• First brew: Pour hot water directly over the leaves and immediately decant.
• Second brew: Repeat the same method.
• Third brew: Pour hot water directly over the leaves, let it steep for 3-5 seconds, then decant.
• Fourth brew: Follow the same method, steeping for 3-5 seconds.
• Fifth brew: Pour water along the edge of the bowl, let it steep for 15 seconds, then decant.
• Sixth brew: Again, pour water along the edge of the bowl, steep for 15 seconds, then decant.
• Seventh brew: Pour water along the edge of the bowl, steep for 20 seconds, then decant.
• Eighth brew: Pour water along the edge of the bowl, steep for 25 seconds, then decant.

As the flavor begins to weaken, you can slightly extend the steeping time or allow the leaves to steep a bit longer for a satisfying cup!
