This Gohobi tankard showcases a blend of traditional and innovative techniques. Inspired by Tibetan Buddhist art, the design combines underglaze red with blue-and-white porcelain and gold accents, redefining the concept of "stencil" in ceramics.

The exterior features a Thousand Buddhas design from Dunhuang, intricately painted in blue with gold highlights. The arrangement is meticulously detailed yet seemingly random, creating a rich visual effect.

Inside, the tankard is adorned with a powerful sea wave motif and a central lotus flower. Encircling the lotus are Capricorni fish with dragon-like heads and tails, symbolizing transformation and mysticism.
